Acoustic bridge - Iron Wood
Here is a standard style Dreadnought bridge. The post holes are perpendicular from the centerline and do not follow the saddle angle.

The Dreadnought bridge has longer "tails" and the post holes are drilled at the same angle as the saddle. There is an elliptical arch between the E strings to compensate for the saddle and board arch. Experimental
